Lemon Tree Fusion Café is situated in the growing trend of the Parkhurst suburb. A first of it’s kind in this country offering superb cuisine at light and easy servings. Owner Shannon Hunt is a man with a resume that reads like the “ where’s where” of restaurants both in this country and abroad. His experience in the Catering and Hospitality Industry stems from running some of South Africa’s most popular dining spots including: Casa Mia, Mortego Bay, Giussepi’s, Late Nite Al’s, and the Beacon Island Hotel in Plettenburg Bay. His experience abroad is grown from Elex Express Café, Slaone’s and Turner’s all London based, and finally the Romantic Palace, and the Paphos Beach Hotel both situated in Cyprus.

SALADS:
- Garden Salad – Lettuce, tomato, onions, cucumber, topped with fresh avocado.
- Greek Salad - Lettuce, tomato, onions, cucumber, topped with fresh tomato wedges and Greek Feta cheese.
- Chicken Breast Salad - Lettuce, tomato, onions, cucumber, topped with thinly sliced, grilled Chicken Breast and paw- paw strips.
- Calamari Salad - Lettuce, tomato, onions, cucumber, with Falklands, calamari tubes lightly Grilled in lemon butter.
- Prawn Salad - Lettuce, tomato, onions, cucumber, served with approx. 6 Queen prawns lightly grilled in lemon butter and herbs.
- Chicken Livers Salad - Lettuce, tomato, onions, cucumber, and Chicken livers grilled in peri-peri and herbs.
- Haloumi Cheese Salad - Lettuce, tomato, onions, cucumber, and thinly sliced, lightly grilled Cypriot Cheese and paw – paw strips.
All salads are freshly prepared and served with Virgin olive oil & Balsamic vinegar.

- Oysters Roccafella - Oysters topped with spinach, bread crumbs and baked.
- Parma Ham & Melon - Parma ham slivers laid over fresh melon.
- Gazpacho Soup - Chilled tomato soup, traditional recipe.
- Chicken Livers - Chicken livers fryed in a spicy peri-peri sauce.
- Haloumi Cheese - Cypriot haloumi cheese thinly sliced and lightly grilled topped with lemon juice and extra virgin olive oil.
- Meze Platter - A Mediterranean dish consisting of Calamari, Chicken livers, and Mussels in a white wine sauce accompanied with a dip and fresh olives.
- Calamari - Falklands Calamari tubes grilled in lemon and garlic butter.
- Oysters - Medium Knysna oysters served on a bed of crushed ice.
- Moroccon Mushroom - Glazed with crushed nuts, garlic and white wine.
MAIN COURSE:
- Thai Prawns - Sauted prawns served in a spicy Thai sauce.
- Fillet Al Greco - Topped with feta, olive oil, lemon juice and oregano.
- Fillet - 280g Fillet steak cooked to your liking topped with a green peppercorn sauce, served with Fries and vegetables.
- Chicken Breast - Full chicken breast served on grilled polenta laced with whole grain mustard and mushroom sauce.
- Calamari - Falklands Calamari tubes grilled in lemon garlic butter and served with fries and vegetables.
- Queen Prawns - 6 Queen prawns lightly grilled served with a separate choice of lemon juice, peri-peri and lemon garlic butter.
- Pasta - A choice of three sauces namely: Arabiatta (spicy tomato), Pesto (basil, garlic, olive oil), Gorgonzola (blue cheese) and a choice of either Penne or Gnocchi pasta.
- Seafood Platter - Calamari, mussels in white wine sauce, linefish, and queen prawns served with a dip and fresh olives.
- Lamb Cutlets - Three lamb cutlets grilled with lemon juice, origanum, and olive oil.
- Linefish - Linefish of the day served lightly grilled with lemon butter and fries with vegetables.
DESSERTS:
Crème Brule, Chocolate Mousse cake, Baked Cheese cake, PecanBrandy Ice-cream, Tiramisu, Bread and Butter pudding served with custard.
