Insulated Waterproofing Systems

This system is an incredibly durable system and is ideal for zinc roofs with no pitch for water run-off. It can be laid over almost every roof, with the exclusion of Tiled roofs. Polystyrene boards are attached to the entire surface area, and there after covered with Masonite boards. The torch on system and silver coating is then applied over the boards. This waterproofing system will keep your home warm in the winter months and cool on those lazy summer days. It carries a 10 year guarantee.

Hypercrete and Membrane Systems

These cementitious latex compounds are mixed and then applied to polypropylene (or plastic) membranes. This system is mostly used on water features, balconies and retaining walls – especially behind stone cladding. Guarantees vary from workmanship guarantees to 10 year guarantees.

Raincheck - Face Brick Sealant

Raincheck, a silicone water repellent, is a product primarily used for the sealing of plastered walls and external face-bricks. The face bricks and mortar can be porous and thus absorb moisture. In order to prevent this, we apply a spray-on-spray system of this product to the external walls. This system carries a 5 to 10 year guarantee.

Thermoflex / Torch On Systems

This system is used on concrete roofs, retaining walls, parapet walls, cellar and/or basement walls and floors, fishponds, water-features and many more. It is a tar like system, available in 4mm and 3mm thicknesses. The surface is primed, the torch on fused to the roof using an open flame, and then covered with a silver bitumous aluminium coating. This is applied in order to protect the system against harmful UV rays. This system normally carries a 5 to 10 year guarantee.
