His portfolio includes application development contractors, consultants and business analysts in Uniface well as managing Brainware Consulting's business consulting drive in engineering service maintenance, materials management and logistic services.

Leon is also the resource manager for consulting, responsible for the people care side of consulting. Brainware realises the importance of its people and are continually striving to improve the bottom line for each individual.
