Human Resource Development and Social Resposibility
BTMC is aimed at developing and empowering its staff members by offering them the opportunity to develop themselves to their full potential. While every employee is offered the chance to develop, We have a specific affirmative action policy, which is geared towards the development of skilled human resources amongst the disadvantaged communities.

Empowerment Action Policy

It is the policy of BTMC to assist the previously disadvantaged persons in the following ways:

  • By ensuring that they are given preference when employing new staff
  • By identifying, appointing and training them to management levels at earliest possible time
  • By continuing to implement special in house training for them to accelerate their advancement within the firm

We do not consider our biasness towards the previously disadvantaged individuals as reverse racism, but as one of the ways of redressing the imbalances of the past.
