They consistently deliver pin-point sharp single-sided or double-sided copies, whatever the original. HIGH VOLUME INPUT

To copy even the largest documents with ease, the 3255 and 3265 have built-in high capacity input capabilities. The Reversing Automatic Document Feeder can hold up to 100-sheets of either single or double-sided originals. But it is not limited to copying 100 page documents. By storing the copy job digitally on a large hard disk drive, it is possible to copy documents of up to 650 A4 pages in one go. The feeder even has special settings for mixed-size and thin originals and with "scan once, print many times" operation, your documents are not subjected to the recirculating feeding used on many analogue copiers which can damage your originals.

LARGE PAPER CAPACITY

With the 3,500 sheet large capacity tray installed, the 3255 and 3265 can hold a staggering 6,600 pages. Even when they are copying you can refill empty paper drawers, so even the longest copy jobs can be completed in one smooth, uninterrupted run.

AUTOMATIC IMAGE ROTATION

The digital copying process brings you yet another convenient, time saving feature. Once the image has been scanned in, it can be automatically rotated in memory through 90º. This means that originals do not have to be positioned in the feeder in the same direction as the paper in the paper drawers. This eliminates wasted time and copies caused by user error.

DIGITAL INNOVATION AT WORK

Amongst the many innovative digital features are a booklet mode and a magazine mode. Single-sided and double-sided originals can be automatically reduced and combined together onto single pages for archiving, and different paper stocks can be used together in one copy job. Cover mode allows front and back covers, copied or blank, to be made from a second paper stock, and both the 3255 and 3265 also have chapterisation and OHP slip-sheet insertion. It also has a wide zoom range and digital editing capabilities for complete creative control over your copy jobs.

Making the most of the latest digital technology, the 3255 and 3265 have many time-saving features. But they are also very easy to use, due to its extra wide touch-sensitive LCD control panel. The LCD panel has been designed so that even first time users can make copies with ease. It is divided into three sections:
– Input settings, copy feature settings and finishing settings, so each job can be programmed logically, helped along with easy step-by-step graphical instructions.

There is even a sample copy mode, so that you can print out a single copy to check and modify settings before making the remainder of the copies, and you can even program and scan in a second copy job while the first is running. Once the first job finishes, the second will start automatically, saving you a trip to the copier.
