Remote Off-Site Monitoring Company Introduction
Remote Off-Site Monitoring (ROM) recognised the need to establish a remote off-site monitoring facility, a fundamental element of security monitoring whether it is physical or information security. We provide a trusted and reliable solution for remote Networked Video Recording (NVR) verification and Interactive Monitoring.
Our System
The system we utilise to monitor our client's site, is a highly scaleable application. Allowing for local and remote control of any CCTV system, from an entry level system with a small amount of cameras to a large installation with multiple cameras. We are able to convert existing analogue based CCTV systems to digital remote monitoring systems witout current equipment abscolescence. All these, at a cost effective rate.
The cameras, alarm sensors and detectors are located at the client's site, connected to CCTV transmission equipment. Our Command Centre provides audible and visual notification of alarms.
Response Alarm
When an alarm is set off, the digital images of what generated the alarm are transmitted to our Command Centre. The operators then respond to the alarm as per the agreed alarm procedures, i.e. audio challenge to warn off intruders through bi-directional audio link, contacts the relevant emergency service to describe the situation in real-time.
Instant Interactive Monitoring
Interactive Monitoring takes the role of Video Verification a step further. It provides an interactive platform between the client, its emplyees (through the IP-based Video) and our Command Centre operators. At just a "press" of an Attention button, the client and its employees are instantly connected, through an audio link, to our Command Centre.
Site Patrols
Site patrols are conducted by our Command Centre operators.
