Shin Li Trading cc. was originally founded in Taiwan
In 1996 Mr. Ching Hua Juan (Mark) came over to South Africa to explore business potential and found a huge gap in the mining machine spares suppliers.
He bought a property in Pretoria and started a small operation from home and as a one man business. The demand for a bigger range in parts forced the company to expand its resources and personnel only after 3 months.
In September 2001 Colyn van Aswegen were appointed as sales manager and with his expert knowledge, the company grew rapidly.
Growth rate was massive and as a consequence, the staff members grew to a total of 7. Amy Wu was drafted in as a full-time accountant.
Jannie Oelofse has now taken over as sales manager.
In November 2004 the company relocated to its present buildings in Kempton Park where it has expanded its facilities to include an undercarriage division as well as a workshop for reconditioning of engines and all sorts of earthmoving parts.
Here at Shin Li Trading we are proud of our good track record and we continuously strive towards better service, the best quality of products, at the best possible prices. To meet our clients demand for parts, we have a strong and long standing relationship with our mother company in Taiwan and will continue to do our utmost to source every earthmoving engine part that the client might need. |
