PAINT PROTECTION SYSTEMS S.A. - Be smart - protect vehicle resale & trade-in value!
How PPS Works
Today’s clear-coat technology isn’t tough enough on its own to survive the harsh environment. PPS is like no other – it’s the only system that chemically fuses a durable shield to the original paint finish. PPS actually adds strength to the finished surface to seal out pollutants and keep the vehicle looking “Showroom New”.
Features & Benefits
-
PPS Paint Sealant & Protection used in the automotive, aviation, transport, recreation and marine industries.
-
A patented sealant utilizing [PTFE] “TEFLON”. PPS is a Patented 2 Step Paint Sealant process that ensures a strong and lasting finish.
-
Rain water beads on the surface and runs off showing that the protection is still there after years of driving.
-
Limits weather deterioration. Prevents fading, staining, oxidation and damage caused by industrial fallout and acid rain.
-
Once off application with a 7 year Warranty.
-
Strengthens and adds depth to paintwork.
-
Repairs minor scratches. Eliminates swirl marks. Excellent for black paintwork which shows these marks when using normal polishes.

Why is PPS different from all the paint sealants on the market?
-
It has endurance when none of the others do!
-
PPS polishing uses different technology.
-
This technology called electrophoresis dynamics is the chemical application of the “bar magnet” principle that opposite poles attract.
-
In the practical application the wash solution (polarizer) opens the pores of the paint and puts a positive charge on the paint. The anionic TeflonR is negatively charged, so by the above dynamics it is pulled into the pores of the paint.
-
Only Teflon formulated in an anionic aqueous solution can seal paint.
-
PPS has many imitators in the marketplace today ... but ONLY PPS has lab tests and industry approvals to back its claims!
Traditional automotive finishes are not made for the harsh realities of today’s driving conditions. By the time you get your new car home environmental acids and oxidants are already at work breaking down that glossy finish. In no time, the sheen is gone and your car looks old long before its time!
Today’s clear-coat technology gives you a great looking finish but it is not as tough as the old enamels and any damage to it requires a complete repaint. You can polish and wax to restore the surface luster but it’s a temporary solution at best. Waxes breakdown easily under sunlight and detergents leaving your car exposed to the elements. For strong protection that really lasts you have to look deeper!
The Technology
The PPS patented process is the only system that has been engineered to permanently preserve the painted surface by fusing PTFE resins to the paint. PPS Technology is a polish that uses high quality and durable acrylic elements. This technology called electrophoresis dynamics is analogous to the "bar magnet" principle that opposite poles attract. The wash solution or polarizer opens the pores of the paint and imparts a positive charge to the surface. The anionic PTFE is negatively charged and is thus pulled into the pores of the paint. Only PTFE formulated in an anionic aqueous solution can seal paint. Other forms of PTFE will have no effect. To allow this to happen a special patented surface preparation is part of the system. In the preparation solution a cationic (positive) surfactant is used to purge the pores of the surface to be treated, and magnetically charge the surface in a positive polarity. They are pulled into the pores magnetically and held there while all of the protective chemicals have crosslinked, fused and cured, locking the PTFE into the paint and preventing drifting, fading and degradation of the paint for years to come. Solar heat will expand the PTFE molecules to give even further protection.
PPS is different from all the paint sealants on the market because it has endurance when none of the others do!
