"Staff Matrix" is a professional, temporary employment service, with capable committed and contended employees providing consistent cost effective and quality service to our clients.

We can provide temporary employees on an outsourcing basis for the duration of projects/ phases which our Client's are committed to.

03. What are the benefits?

A. Cost Effective

  • Benefits admin, payroll admin, pay slips and transfer of wages are done by us at "Staff Matrix" expense.
  • You receivevast benefit on existing expenses
  • You do not pay any company fees on overtime.
  • You get a Tax invoice for the services provided by Staff Matrix.
  • No need for a salary or I.R department
  • Damage or loss caused by the hired worker will be deducted from his salary/ wage as prescribed by law and the client will be refunded.
  • "Staff Matrix" has a provident and funeral benefit scheme in place, underwritten by a recognised financial service provider, as required by Law.

B. Time Effective

  • No more recruitment of employees - selection of workers
  • No more admin function or Human Resources and Wage Department
  • No more day to day problems with the L.R.A (Labour Relations Act)
  • No more lengthy procedures to terminate employment
  • Disputes can no longer be lodged against the Client but must be referred to the Service Provider.

04. Temporaly Employment Service

Where no employees of your own exist Staff Matrix can supply employees to vacancies which may occur. These employees are supplied on a temporary basis with the following advantages:

  • When over supply of staff is found, retrenchments are not needed but purely termination of contract between the client and "Staff Matrix" pertaining to the affected individuals.
  • Hourly tariffs which include all statutory benefits as well as admin fees will be negotiated between the Client and Service Provider.
  • Temporary employment will be remunerated for actual hours worked.

06. Deployment Register

The computerised Deployment Register has been designed to address:

  • The identification of employees per discipline
  • The allocation of ateam of employees to a single contract
  • The identification of employees with special skills
  • Credit information
  • Criminal record
  • Dsciplinary Listing
  • Work History
  • Relevant reference remuneration

07. Remuneration Process

  • Calculation of remuneration can be done hourly, weekly, fortnightly or monthly
  • Calculation of statutory deductions is made hourly, weekly, fortnightly or monthly
  • Calculation of benefits is done hourly, weekly, fortnightly or monthly
  • Allocation of labour cost per client , per cost centre
  • Reconciliation to invoices
  • Audit of employee's remuneration

08. Payment

  • Invoices will be rendered based on hourly work input by an employee and authorised by client including all statutory benefits
  • The payment of this invoice will be within (7) days of renderingpertaining to supply of temporary employees.

09. Additional Services

Labour Consultant Services.

  • Employment contracts
  • Assistance with disputes declared in terms of the Act as well as from the Bargain Councils.
  • Assistance with Abrbitrations by Bargaining Councils
  • Disciplinary procedures in terms of the LRA

10. General

  • To ensure full compliance with all statutory requirements required by statutory law and the Labour Relations Act
  • Procurement of contract employment for the unemployment in conjunction with the Department of Labour thereby empowering the unemployment to earn a livable income and care for their dependents.
  • To educate, inform and assist Client's with day to day Labour issues which may arise.
