Pave Kleene & Seal was established by Giulio Montanari in 2007 after 10 years in the paving industry. He realized that the economy was taking a turn for the worst with interest rates rising, continuous increase in fuel prices and the general high cost of living. It became transparent that home owners were finding it more difficult to invest in new paving. As a result of his foresight Pave Kleene & Seal was established. The idea behind his thinking was to offer the home owner a more affordable option by restoring and rejuvenating their existing paving. This service has been a great success and the results produced have been excellent which has created a huge demand.
