 PROFESSIONAL CATERING & HIRING OF ALL FUNCTION EQUIPMENT
We have been in the catering industry for years, and mastered Spit Braai Catering to a fine Art. We can cater at absolutely any venue (no plug point is necessary), be it at a game farm, next to a dam or indoors at a conference centre. Our equipment is gas operated – no smoke, no mess.
Our food is of the highest quality and will be able to compete with any other cooking method. The meat we use gets selected by myself at the abattoir or butchery. This ensures that our customers only get the best. All fresh products are bought directly from the market, no middle man, therefore no possibility of old produce. Our motto “THE FRESHER, THE BETTER”.
All food gets prepared in a clean Industrial Kitchen. All staff are trained to prepare the foods to perfection. Meat is cooked under extreme control to ensure top quality.
We cater a standard 350 grams of meat per person to ensure there is always enough for the hungry. We believe, that as the client is paying for this service, to give “AS MUCH AS YOU LIKE”. We would be embarrassed if you, the client, or any of your guests had to stand with an empty plate. Meat is carved straight from the spit braai for maximum quality.
Our staff are well mannered and will treat each person at the function with respect and dignity.
We can cater for as little as twenty people to a few thousand. We have the infrastructure to do so. Travelling far distances is no set back either.
