- Corrugated iron roof (which can be substituted with a Harvey Tile or Onduline roof at an additional cost)
- 22mm pine floor (which can be substituted with a cement or tile floor at an additional cost)
- Waksol treatment (weather sealer) (which can be substituted with silkwood treatment at an additional cost)
- Standard pine wendy door with latch (which can be substituted with stable doors or sliding doors-pine, meranti or aluminium- at an additional cost)
- Bricks (which can be replaced with stilts at an additional cost. We highly recommend a stilted base or concrete slab for bigger wendy’s or wooden houses)

Preparation and measuring of your surface:
When measuring your area, please allow for 0.5m walkway around the wendy surface for proper erection and also for after treatment-you have to be able to move around the wendy to treat the panels on a yearly basis.
The ground/grass/pavement etc should be relatively level (this avoid extra charges for excavation). Steer clear of obstructions where the wendy should be placed (trees, municipal servitudes etc)
