Guarantee Policies

All warranties on new units installed by our company will be the responsibility of Arrow Cool according to the manufacturer's warranty. All units must be serviced twice a year to retain warranty. Repair warranty 3 months except electronic parts.

Our office operates from 07h00 to 17h00 from Monday to Friday.
Technicians are available on our emergency number after hours.

The offices are computerised and utilises the Microsoft Office Professional version which is compatible to most companies and therefore urgent quotations and invoices can be e-mailed should it be requested.
New instructions can be received via e-mail or faxed to the office.
