Auto Spares is our life, and we make a success of it.
With Patrick we had a wealth of experience in the field, and through his excellent teacher skills, we are all well trained and go the extra mile for our customers. Our one staff member has been with Auto Spares Centre since 1986, he started as a bicycle boy and is now a sales person.We have excellent computer spares catalogues, as well as your normal catalogues. If there is something that we can't help our customers with, we will try and source the part or get the necessary technical help from our suppliers.
We are the oldest spares shop in Brakpan. We are still in the same building. Everyone knows "PAT" From auto spares.
Normally if our customers have a problem, they come back to us immediately. We try and sort out the problem straight away.
Why are we in business
We put in the hours to make the business a success. We are open seven days a week, including public holidays. We are dedicated to our customers, and our customers are important to us. If they are happy, then we are happy. You have to enjoy people to do this job. Some people expected us to close down after Patrick's death, but Auto Spares was his passion. He built this company from nothing. He put in long hours in the beginning, building shelves, counters etc. His relationship with his customers was amazing, there was a great amount of love and respect. We will keep Patrick's dream alive. Our Dedication to our customers and their support is what keeps us going.
After sales service
Normally if our customers have a problem, they come back to us immediately. We try and sort out the problem straight away. All our products carry a warranty by our suppliers.
