All goods are transported at the owners risk and in accordance with our conditions of of carriage (we advise all customers to arrange their own insurance cover which should include Hi-Jack Risk). We do have R150 000 in Transit insurance per Superlink Load. We offer optional insurance at a rate of 7% - 10% of the sum insured, depending on the commodity. 2. All rates quoted are ex Johannesburg depot and delivered to the client. 3. All goods must be clearly marked and correctly packed for export. 4. All Common Customs Countries require the following documents: a) Original Tax invoice plus 4 copies The Following information MUST appear in the invoice: (i) Exporters Code (ii) Banking Details (iii) Postal and physical address (iv) Full description of the goods In addition to the above shipments for: 1) BOTSWANA: (i) Copy of the Consignees' VAT Deferral Account Letter. If a customer does not have a Deferred Account with customs they may contact Bonnie in our Gaborone office to arrange payment of the VAT. (ii) Customers contact details (Customer Name, Land & Cell Telephone Numbers) 2) SWAZILAND: (i) Original Swaziland STR Certificate (ii) Customers contact details (Customer Name, Land & Cell Telephone Numbers) 3) LESOTHO (i) Tax/Vat Invoice including 14% VAT (ii) Customers contact details (Customer Name, Land & Cell Telephone Numbers) 5. Rates on full loads are available on request 6. Please take note of our 3.00pm cut off time for all cargo leaving for various destinations 7.Collections can be arranged at favourable rates, if required please contact the Kitty Hewitt. In addition to the above, shipments for:- b. 1) BOTSWANA: Copy of the consignee's V.A.T. Deferral Account notification Letter from Botswana Customs. c. 2) SWAZILAND: Require original Swaziland S.T.R. Certificate. d. 3) LESOTHO: Require original of customers Purchase orders and Sales Tax regulation details. All goods are subject to general sales tax, which is refundable at point of delivery, unless original exemption certificates are supplied prior to departure of goods. 5.
