Fakazi Construction - Experience
Whilst Fakazi Construction cc was formed in 2000, the members, staff and management have vast experience in concrete related works dating back to the establishment of Structure Sealers in 1972.
Structure Sealers specialised for many years in the application of joint sealants and waterproofing materials for the building and civil industries with the emphasis on reservoirs and waterworks.
In 1991, Structure Sealers was incorporated as Concut/Structure Sealers cc. The complete staff compliment of Structure Sealers was retained, and the scope of work was increased to encompass saw-cutting and coring of concrete.
The sale of Concut in 1997 saw the entire staff become employees of the new owners. The team remained intact, however, and when Fakazi Construction was established under Mr. Ishmael Fakazi, they simply moved over without disruption.
The core of the staff at Fakazi have therefore worked as a team in the concrete industry for over twenty years, albeit under several different names. We confidently claim to have as experienced a team as one could wish for. |
