At S & S Training and Construction, we also know that there are many people working as Manual ARC for many years but do not have the certificates to proof it. Thus, we also offer Assessments which gives Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) and will state that the Learner is competent as a Manual Arc Welder. |

The Candidate learner is required to provide a traceable work record with a minimum of 4 years working experience.

The learner will then complete a Theoretical exam. If the learner does pass, a Practical exam will be done and completed in accordance with the set standards.

Once the learner is competent, a certificate will be issued. If the learner does not meet the requirements, recommendations will be given so that competency can be found. |
| With attendance of the Manual Arc Welding course, we also offer an Occupational Health & Safety course as we feel that safety in the workplace is very important. |
