MAINTENANCE

Standard cylinder connections - left or right orientation.
- Twin strap mounting tightening, left or right, allows change of cylinder within minuets.
- All pneumatic controls self - monitoring - all pressure indicators in circuit.
- Failure of actuator, hosing or pressure indicators will become instantly detectable.
- Visual check of gauge/gauges before start-up or shift shows readiness
- Monthly visual checks of hosing and system appearance.
- Test purge of system with compressed air showing operation of Blow - off caps, cleanliness of hose system and replacement of blow - off caps required,
