- Cylinder manufactured to ASME VIII Code + 1984 amendment
- Cylinder SCH 40 7 mm W. Thickness 25 mm boiler plate pads.
- Full inspection and certification
- Mount brackets fabricated and welded from 6 mm and 10 mm steel
- Working pressure 2 400kPA test pressure 3 600 kPA
- Mount brackets permanently welded - bolted to machine
- 5 kg and 10 kg module vertical or horizontal mounting - floating dip tube.

- Quick coupling 3/8 purge connection allows workshop or field purging of hose system.

MAINTENANCE

- Standard cylinder connections - left or right orientation.
- Twin strap mounting tightening, left or right, allows change of cylinder within minuets.
- All pneumatic controls self - monitoring - all pressure indicators in circuit.
- Failure of actuator, hosing or pressure indicators will become instantly detectable.
- Visual check of gauge/gauges before start-up or shift shows readiness
- Monthly visual checks of hosing and system appearance.
- Test purge of system with compressed air showing operation of Blow - off caps, cleanliness of hose system and replacement of blow - off caps required,
