• Radiators / Coolers are marked to be identified
  • Radiators / Coolers are placed in a chemical bath
  • Radiators/ Coolers are pressure washed and oil chemical cleaned
  • Radiators/ Coolers are tested for leaks
  • Top and bottom tanks are removed
  • Tanks will be sandblasted and painted with red oxide
  • Tanks are re-assembled and tested in hot water
  • Header plates can be resold and repaired
  • After final fepairs and testing the fins are straightened and sprayed
  • Radiators / Coolers can be crated and boxed if necessary, in - and outlet pipes are taped.

If coolers work at a higher than 8 Bar we will test the cooler with a high pressure pump.

 
  • Fuel tanks are de-fumed

  • Pressure washed and oil chemically cleaned

  • Placed into a chemical bath

  • Flushed and tested to determine leaks

  • Cut open, cleaned with rad scale to clean soil and rust

  • Holes are closed with brass

  • Tested and sprayed
