We offer full time and part time classes, where the focus is on individual training. Our times are as follows:

Full Time:
Monday to Thursday: 8:00am - 4:00pm
Friday: 8:00am - 2:00pm

Part Time:
Monday and Wednesday: 5:00pm - 8:00pm
Saturday: 8:00am - 1:00pm
